STS Surgeons is a surgeon-owned and managed organization, providing solutions and stability for your Trauma and/or Acute Care Surgical program.
STS Surgeons provides:
- Surgical staffing and management to stabilize your current General Surgery and Trauma call coverage.
- Knowledge and expertise to support the current Trauma program or achieve Trauma designation.

STS Surgeons provides hospital-based practices that are dedicated to the success of our hospital partners. Staff surgeons are supported by a local Trauma Medical Director, with additional support from our Regional Medical Director, and leadership from STS Surgeons' CEO, Kent Skipper, MD.
